As part of the effort, the Catoosa County Learning Center and the Catoosa County Library are co-sponsoring One Book, One Community. Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe High School exceeded the state average of 1466 by 38 points with 1533. Ringgold High School scored 1468 points, giving the county an average of 1490 out of 2400 possible points. Vines was indicted on charges of illegal possession of ballots, conspiracy to commit election fraud and false swearing. He was released on his own recognizance.
